FAQ

How long should I grow out my brows before my first appointment?

Not everyone has fast re-growth but we encourage you to refrain from tweezing for as long as possible (try where possible for a minimum of 3 weeks). This will help us to see your brows in their most natural state and give the best advice and treatment on the best shape and styling for you. Regular visits are recommended to keep on top of shape and style.

Should I arrive without make-up on?

For all brow and lash treatments, we need to remove any make-up from the surrounding eye and/or brow area. Many of our clients come straight from work or other commitments so we understand that it's not always possible to arrive without make-up on. Where possible, try to avoid heavy eye make-up on the day of your appointment so that we can easily remove any product and spend as long as possible on giving you the best treatment.

How often should I rebook my brow or lash treatments?

Rebooking depends on the treatments you get; for example brow laminations and lash lifts are recommended to be at least 6 weeks apart, but tints and shapes can be sooner if you need them. We will give you recommendations on when to rebook prior to finishing your treatment.

How can I encourage my eyebrows / lashes to grow?

Lucky for you, we stock the latest industry-leading products to help encourage lash and brow growth! Some of these products can be purchased via our online store, while some are sold exclusively in our salon. Be sure to ask about lash/brow growth product recommendations on your next visit!

What happens if I'm not getting the result I want for my brows or lashes?

Everyone's brows and lashes are different and unfortunately it's not always easy to manipulate brows into a particular shape or style. Our brows only hold potential for so many styles based on the underlying organic structure, including the density of hair growth, direction of hair growth, or lack of hair growth. Similarly with lashes; lash volume, length and thickness are all factors that we need to consider prior to a particular treatment.

We will help to direct you into a style that is most suitable and if we feel that your requested style is unrealistic we will educate you as to why and point you towards other options.
